GENERAL RULES

These rules are so that everyone can enjoy Vleesbaai and the house for years to come. Thank you for understanding.

GENERAL RULES

NOISE:
Please be aware that Vleesbaai is a very small community with a lot of permanent residents. And noise can travel far at night. So please be considerate of the neighbours at all times and reduce noise levels after 10pm especially when outside on the stoep or braai area.

FIREWORKS:
No fireworks allowed under any circumstances at the house or anywhere in Vleesbaai.

BLINDS:
Please do not allow children to use or play with the blinds. Rather open them completely and pull to the top on arrival and use the curtains during your stay.

ISSUES:
Please notify owners immediately if there are any issues, defects or maintenance work needed on the house.

Do not leave plastic chairs and tables outside under the trees at the braai area overnight as the berries from the tree are very sticky and can stain them. Just carry them down the steps on the open stoep area.

The umbrella must be brought inside overnight and cannot be left outside. If it is very windy during the day please bring it inside as well.

Equipment like snorkelling, paddle ski, body-boards etc is strictly for the use of the owners.
